Billy began his Masonic journey in RedBud lodge #427 where he served as Worshipful Master and also as Worshipful Master of Chester lodge #72 both in Illinois.
Billy is an active member in the Belleville York Rite and has served as both High Priest and Thrice Illustrious Master and is Currently Commander of Tancred Commardery #2.
He has also been honored to join 3 invitations-only bodies Allied Masonic Degree, the Order of Knight Masons and the York Rite College. Billy also serves the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of the State of Illinois as the Illustrious Grand Principal Conductor of the Work.
Billy is a member of Eastern Star #411 where he is an officer, a member of the Sword of Bunker Hill, and has received the Beaver degree.
Billy is an Ambassador of Ainad Shrine in East St Louis where he is a Krazy Klown and rides a motorcycle in the Compact unit. He serves as Secretary of the Randolph County Shrine Club.
Billy is founding member of the Sovereign Knights Widows Sons (Masonic Riding Group) where he currently serves as Vice President.
In the Valley of Southern Illinois Scottish Rite, Billy is Director of Degrees. He has been the Knight Commander of the Knights of St Andrews and served as Sovereign Prince of the Cahokia Council of the Princess of Jerusalem. He currently serves in the St, Clair Lodge of Perfection as the Orator.
