On behalf of our Most Illustrious Grand Master Billy J. McIntyre, the Grand Council would like to congratulate Companion Fredric L. Barlow, Most Illustrious Past Grand Master 2019-2020 on receiving his OPC.
For those that do not know, the Order of the Purple Cross of York is the highest honor of the York Rite College and is conferred upon those members of the College who have distinguished themselves by their service to humanity or to the Rite.
This is our equivalent to the 33rd degree Scottish Rite.
