July – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. – Philippians 4:8-9
August – For gaining wisdom and instruction; for understanding words of insight; for receiving instruction in prudent behavior, doing what is right and just and fair, forgiving prudence to the who are simple, knowledge and discretion to the young- Let the wise listen and add their learning and let the discerning get guidance – for understanding proverbs and parable, the sayings and riddles of the wise, The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:2-7
September – Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” – Hebrews 13:5
October – “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, And cold and heat, And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease.” – Genesis 8:22
November – The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. – Psalm 28:7
December – But when the fullness of time had come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, in order to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as children. – Galatians 4:4-5
